HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order on MummyI Love You is simple... we are open 24/7! Just find a product you like, select the size or where applicable the colour you wish to order and Add to Cart. Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, click on ‘View Cart’ in the top right hand corner to be directed to your shopping cart. From here, you can add any promo codes or gift voucher details, select your shipping option, delivery address, any order comments and lastly your payment details.
You will be able to print a receipt after confirmation of the order has gone through and we will send you a confirmation email with all your order details.
Don’t forget to join our Mummy Club to receive special offers and discount information, we promise not to bombard you with too many emails!
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE OR EMAIL?
You most certainly can! If you wish to order over the phone, please call Vicki on 0438 130 184 and she will be happy to take your order and process payment for you.
If email suits you better, you can email us through the ‘Contact Us' page of our website or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be sure to get back to you with a response within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends).
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS? DO YOU ACCEPT DIRECT DEPOSIT?
We also accept payments via PayPal, a fast, easy and safe way to pay online. Simply select this option at checkout and you will be redirected to paypal.com.au to finalise your payment. Using PayPal is free to customers and you can use it wether you have a PayPal account set up or not. Once you have confirmed payment on the PayPal site, you will be automatically redirected to the Mummy I Love You confirmation page where you can print your receipt.
We do not accept direct deposit payments online, however if this is your preferred method of payment, please contact us on phone or email to arrange your order and payment.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being shipped. Please email us at email@example.com or phone 0438 130 184.
I SAW A PRODUCT ON YOUR SITE THAT I LOVED AND I WENT BACK TO BUY IT WAS GONE, DO YOU HAVE MORE IN STOCK?
Mummy I Love You is a boutique online store, therefore we only carry limited numbers of each size/style in stock. But if you see something you like and we don’t have your size or it is no longer available please contact us and we will see if we can get it for you.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
We most certainly do! So if you are buying a gift, just tick the ‘Giftwrap Order?’ box on checkout. If you have ordered a few items and only want one or two of those wrapped, just list those that need wrapping in the comments section.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT VOUCHERS?
Mummy I Love You does offer e-gift vouchers for use on our site. You will see a ‘Gift Certificate’ tab on the top of the website where you can find all sort of dominations to purchase. Simply select the value of the Gift Voucher you want and proceed through to the check out. Your e-gift voucher will be emailed to you and can be used with 12 months of purchase.
HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT VOUCHER?
It’s easy! Each e-gift voucher comes with its own unique number. Simply add the items you wish to redeem with your voucher to your shopping cart and select ‘view cart’ (at the top right hand corner of the page) to see a summary of your order. On this page, enter your e-gift voucher number and click ‘update’ for the value of the voucher to be subtracted from your total order. If your order is covered in full by the value of the gift certificate, simply select ‘Gift Voucher’ as the payment option on the ‘Check Out’ page. If your order exceeds the value of the gift certificate, simply select your preferred method of payment for the balance of the order.
You don’t have to redeem the full value of the gift voucher in one transaction. Gift certificates can be redeemed in multiple transactions prior to the 12 months expiration date.
CAN I SEND GIFTS TO HOSPITALS?
We will endeavour to send gifts to wherever you require however we do recommend phoning the hospital beforehand to make sure they accept gifts and the correct address details so there is no confusion.
CAN I SET UP MY OWN GIFT REGISTRY?
Mummy I Love You does not yet have the system in place to manage your own gift registry through our site, however we do have the option for you to add each item you like to Pinterest – your own online visual pin board. Once added, your friends and family can click on the photo to be redirected to our site and place the order.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE FRONT TO VIEW PRODUCTS?
Mummy I Love You is an online store only. We do visit markets around SE QLD on occasion.
I AM A DESIGNER/SUPPLIER/WHOLESALER, WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT LISTING MY PRODUCTS ON MUMMY I LOVE YOU?
We would love to see what products you make or stock! If you are make your own designs there is a link on the bottom of our website ‘Got cute handcrafted stuff to sell?’ that you can use to view our terms and conditions of sale and submit an application for your hand-crafted products to be listed on Mummy I Love You. WHAT ARE YOUR SIZING GUIDELINES?
Sizing varies from one manufacturer to another which can make it a little difficult at times! Any sizing information available from the brand or relating to the design will be available on the individual product page.
HOW DO I TAKE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS?
Feet: Measure your child’s foot length from heel to toe and add an extra 1cm and that is the length of the shoe you will require.
For example, if the child’s foot measures 10cm, you require a shoe that is roughly 11cm in length.
Chest: Measure around the largest part of the chest, from under the armpits.
Waist: Measure around the waistline where pants normally sit.
Head: Measure around the head from above the ears.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Here at Mummy I Love You we offer the discounted shipping rates of $5 for standard shipping and $8 for express for delivery within Australia. We ship via Australia Post and if your order is over $100 we will ship your order for FREE!

We sure do! For orders of $100 or more within Australia.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
As soon as payment has cleared, we will endeavour to ship your order within 24hours during the working week. You will receive an email notification to confirm when your order has been dispatched. Express deliveries will be received the next business day if your order is received before 1pm EST. Regular parcels will be received within 2-3 working days. If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please contact us.
WILL YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
Yes we will.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SUPPLIED AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS OR MY PARCEL IS RETURNED PARCEL?
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel cannot be delivered, re-shipping fees will be charged at the expense of the purchaser.
WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES?
Mummy, I Love You also offers flat rate postage for International deliveries via Australia Post’s Express Post International service. See approximate postage charges and delivery times for International orders below:
New Zealand - AUD $29.95 Express Postage delivered 2 - 3 days.
Asia Pacific - AUD $36.50 Express Postage delivered 2 – 5 days.
US / Canada / Middle East - AUD $43.50 Express Postage delivered 3 - 6 days.
UK / Rest of the world - AUD $53.50 Express Postage delivered 4 - 7 days.
While we endeavour to provide accurate International postage costs at time of purchase, on occasions where an item or total order is large or heavy (over 2 kg) we may need to charge additional postage to those listed above. In these instances you will be contacted via email to confirm acceptance of the delivery charges prior to the order being processed. Orders delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST. This will be deducted from your order total during checkout, after your delivery address is entered.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?
We want you to be 100% happy with your Mummy, I Love You purchases and will gladly refund, credit or exchange all non-sale items within 30 days of purchase, provided the items returned are unused/unworn and still in their original condition and packaging with all accessories and contents.
Please note that all postage costs for returns and exchanges are to be incurred by the customer. Refunds and credits will be for the item amount only and do not include any postage and handling charges. Returns will be processed within fifteen working days of receipt of the goods.
To arrange a return, contact us with details of the item, date of purchase and reason for returning. We will get back to you promptly with further advice on how to proceed.
CAN I RETURNS OR EXCHANGES SALE ITEMS?
Typically, the purchase of sale items is final however, it the item is not right for you, contact us. In some instances we may be able to help with a credit or exchange.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
If you received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us and we will get back to you promptly to rectify this.
