Mummy, I Love You offers cheap flat rate postage charges for delivery within Australia via Australia Post, so there are no nasty surprises when you get to the checkout:
$5 = Regular post, delivered in 2-3 days
$8 = Express post, delivered next day for order received by 1pm EST
FREE = All orders over $100

New Zealand - AUD $39.95 Registered Air Mail delivered 2 - 3 days.
Asia Pacific - AUD $46.50 Registered Air Mail delivered 2 – 5 days.
US / Canada / Middle East - AUD $55.35 Registered Air Mail delivered 3 - 6 days.
UK / Rest of the world - AUD $71.80 Registered Air Mail delivered 4 - 7 days.

While we endeavour to provide accurate International postage costs at time of purchase, on occasions where an item or total order is large or heavy (over 2 kg) we may need to charge additional postage to those listed above. In these instances you will be contacted via email to confirm acceptance of the delivery charges prior to the order being processed. Orders delivered outside Australia are exempt from 10% GST. This will be deducted from your order total during checkout, after your delivery address is entered.
Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, additional postage charges will be incurred to resend the parcel to the correct address.
Wrong size? Changed your mind? No worries. We want you to be 100% happy with your Mummy, I Love You purchases and will gladly refund, credit or exchange all non-sale items within 30 days of purchase, provided the items returned are unused/unworn and still in their original condition and packaging with all accessories and contents.
Please note that all postage costs for returns and exchanges are to be incurred by the customer. Refunds and credits will be for the item amount only and do not include any postage and handling charges. Returns will be processed within fifteen working days of receipt of the goods.
To arrange a return, contact us with details of the item, date of purchase and reason for returning. We will get back to you promptly with further advice on how to proceed.
Snapped up a bargain on sale? Typically, the purchase of sale items is final however, it the item is not right for you, contact us. In some instances we may be able to help with a credit or exchange.
